Uninstalling and reinstalling the AMD Adrenaline software did not initially resolve the problem. Apparently it is an early release that was given to Microsoft and used as part of the Insider Preview. The problem was that Windows Update installed a newer AMD driver. I eventually found the problem and the resolution. I wanted to record a game replay and the discovered the Record and Stream tab was gone. I am using Windows 11 and have an AMD RX 6800 XT. I know this thread is a few months old, but the same thing just happened to me. \_group\_policy\_editor\_in\_windows\_10\_home\_edition.html To enable it in Win 10 home, you have to enable it. Acsessing GPE is only possible if you have Win 10 Pro. It is the regular updates that installs the drivers. This is what i did and weeks later its still fine when usually within 24hrs it would have done it again. This will mean, however, that you will need to disable the changes you make in Group Policy when you need to update your GPU drivers. You will have to redownload the software from AMD and reinstall it then use Group Policy Editor in Windows to prevent GPU driver updates or it will keep happening. Windows updates the GPU drivers with its own drivers and you lose relive and other functionality within the Radeon software. I've copied and pasted a previous post i made.
